Idea Presentation

We are happy to field your request, big or small, easy or complicated. We should get back to you within 72 hours on whether this job is in our wheelhouse. We will then schedule a digital or in-person meeting where we will then figure out how to solve your production problem. Be sure to bring any sketches, ideas or samples you might have.

Design Proofs

After we hear about your idea we will set to sketching it out, either on paper on in a CAD program. You should have a design proof within a week from our initial meeting with no commitment for you to purchase. It's also possible we might just go straight to making a physical proof, our next step.

Physical Proof

A few back and forths are normal in the design process. After getting all of your input, we will set out on making you a physical proof or proofs.

Production

When you're completely happy with your new product and you have agreed to our fair pricing we will set out on production. We will be transparent with our production timeline, letting you know when you can expect your product in-hand. You will be expected to pay for the first shipment up front, but we can establish terms for future shipments.

Quality Control

Our rigorous quality control standards ensure that your item is as close to perfect as humanly possible. At every step in production your product is compared to the perfect, post-proof example to ensure every stitch, cut and fold is exactly as you want it. It is then compared again as it is being counted, wrapped and packaged for shipment. If it's not up to you liking, we will make it right.
